Our Community Business Development Mission
At SCAN, our Community Business Development (CBD) team is the front line of our mission to serve and uplift the communities that need us most. Focused on building trust in low-income and historically underserved neighborhoods, our team creates real, meaningful connections where they matter most on the ground, in the heart of the community. We don’t just show up we become part of the fabric of the neighborhoods we serve. From organizing local expos and community-based events to forging partnerships with trusted local organizations, our CBDs are strategic, compassionate, and action-driven.
Our work directly supports three key sales channels: Brokers, Captive Agents, and Tele-Sales. We generate leads, increase brand visibility, and ensure that seniors are connected with the care and resources they deserve. Through authentic engagement, cultural relevance, and consistent presence, our CBD team is not just promoting SCAN we’re advancing health equity, one community at a time.
